  • Content in HD, FHD, and 4K quality (where available)
  • 72-hour catch-up feature (for supported channels)
  • Multi-device compatibility
  • Reseller panel options for authorized users

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access our Services, you must create an account by providing:

  • Valid email address
  • Contact information (WhatsApp number, if applicable)
  • Payment information
  • Device information (MAC address for MAG/Enigma boxes, if applicable)

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Any price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin)

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card information.

5.3 Billing and Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period
  • Automatic renewal is available for certain plans (if enabled)
  • You will receive a notification before renewal
  • Subscription prices are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

5.4 Free Trials

We offer a 6-hour free trial with full access to all content. Trial terms:

  • One trial per user/device/IP address
  • Trial access expires after 6 hours
  • No payment information required for trial
  • We reserve the right to limit or deny trial requests

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to:

  • Use your subscription on the authorized number of devices only

We recommend a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps for HD streaming and 25 Mbps for 4K content.

8.3 ISP Blocking

While we work to ensure our services function in the UK without ISP blocking issues, we cannot guarantee that all ISPs will allow access. We are not responsible for ISP-imposed restrictions or blocks.

9. Reseller Program

9.1 Reseller Authorization

If you purchase a reseller package, you are granted limited rights to:

  • Create and manage sub-accounts through our reseller panel
  • Set your own pricing for sub-accounts
  • Access reseller-specific features and tools

9.2 Reseller Obligations

As a reseller, you must:

  • Comply with all Terms of Service
  • Not misrepresent Stick IPTV or our services

  • Handle customer support for your sub-accounts
  • Not engage in spam, fraud, or illegal marketing practices
  • Maintain the security of your reseller panel credentials

9.3 Reseller Termination

We may terminate reseller privileges at any time for violations of these Terms or reseller-specific agreements.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

13. Termination
